Does the caregiver have CPR/First Aid certification?
Does the caregiver practice proper cleaning of toys and materials?
Does the caregiver serve nutritional meals/snacks?
Do caregivers and children wash and dry their hands before meals and after toileting or wiping noses?
Is there an emergency plan for each child in case of accident or illness?
Is there a planned source of medical care?
Are child care equipment and toys in safe repair?
Are dangerous plants, chemicals, and cleaning supplies kept out of reach of children?
Does the program have a written policy for sick children?
